All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before they are dispatched to customers. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please submit a return request through our portal linked above.

In the case of a change of mind (within Australia) (ALSO PLEASE SEE CHANGE OF MIND FOR SALE ITEMS BELOW), returns must be initiated through the portal within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be returned unused with tags on.

We undertake to fully refund the value of the returned item(s).  Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility if free returns/exchange coverage was not purchased at time of sale.

We can only accept items purchased through our webshop murphandmurph.com.au.

If you purchased your item at one of our stockists we ask you to contact the store in which you purchased the item for further assistance.

FOR CHANGE OF MIND

For items reduced by 30% or over NO returns or exchange.

For items reduced by over 20%, items can be returned for a store credit.

For items reduced by 20% or less they can be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

If you received a gift with purchase on your order and you are returning your item, the gift with purchase must be returned with the item unused. If it is not returned, the retail price of the “gift with purchase” will be deducted from the store credit.

On Final Sale of items, no returns or exchanges.

International Orders

In the case of a change of mind for international returns, we must be notified and the item must be posted (via registered post) within seven working days. The shipping costs incurred will not be covered by murph&murph.

Items confirmed as faulty will have any shipping costs refunded.

The product must be sent via a registered postal service. Please email us the tracking number.  Once the items have been received, you will receive an email confirming receipt of item.

Arranging your return

After you have submitted a return request in our returns portal, you will receive a return email with instructions and a return label.

The returned item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place.  Item/s must not have been used, washed or altered in any way. They must also be in their original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition the item will be returned to you. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

All goods are inspected on return and you will be refunded accordingly. You will be refunded the cost of your purchase (minus the postage fee for international change of mind).

Items confirmed as faulty will have any shipping costs refunded.
